How our AI works
On this site you are talking to an artificial intelligence, not a person. The assistant says so in its very first sentence.
What it knows
Only our own data: the listings, the guide for foreign buyers, agency details, the commission price list, regional information and frequent questions.
What it does not do
It does not make up prices or facts that are not in the data, give legal or tax guarantees, negotiate prices or talk about other agencies. When it does not know, it says so and passes the question to an agent.
What it stores
The transcript and, for voice conversations, the recording, for at most 90 days. It asks for contact details only with your consent.
Reaching a person
The Talk to a person button is always visible. During office hours it connects you to the agent on duty; otherwise an agent calls you the next working day.
