What we process
Name, email, phone, message and selected listings from forms and AI assistant conversations. For voice conversations, also the audio and the transcript.
Why
To answer your enquiry, book viewings and pass the enquiry to an agent (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We do not sell data or use it for advertising without consent.
How long
Conversation recordings and transcripts are kept for at most 90 days. Enquiries without a contract are deleted after 12 months.
Who else processes data
The voice AI provider, the calendar system and the email provider, each under a data processing agreement (DPA), on EU servers where possible.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).
